Follow the steps below
#1: Your Domain Hosting
✎ Acquire your domain hosting admin access:
- You need to get it from your website person and share admin access of your website, GA, hosting and anything else mentioned in the contract meeting to [email protected]
✎ Discuss on the Call
- We will be talking about how to start our project on the right foot and make sure you know all the tasks required to get the best results
#2: Facebook Business Account
✎ Gain access to your Facebook Business Manager:
- We will need you to share with us the admin access of your FB business manager account so we can connect your FB and IG to the social management system
✎ Connect all the messages
- We will be making sure all your FB and IG messages will be found in one place and you don't need to jump between different accounts.
#3: Google Business Profile
✎ Tasks Required to Complete Before Call:
- Come in with an open mind, pen and paper 🙂
✎ Discuss on the Call
- We will walk through the completed digital marketing strategy
#4: Stripe, Square, PayPal
✎ Admin / Manager Access
- We will need to gain access to your payment gateway account so we can connect them with the CRM
#5: Clinic Operation Details
✎ Staff information:
- Provide all the staffs' contact information, their services, and schedules
✎ Services information
- Provide a list of all of the services provided by the business, along with the descriptions
✎ Forms
- Provide all the forms you need to be migrated
